Sanibel 305 features chic tile flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living room with a sofa sleeper and large flat-screen TV.

This was our second time renting this unit. The unit is very clean which is my top reason for rebooking. The location is great, right across the street from the beach, and west of the busiest area of Gulf Shores. The building is quiet and no problem finding parking. The check in process was seamless. The 2 critiques I have are the secondary shower in the unit not draining well and the elevators in the building were out of order intermittently. None of this was a big problem for us on our trip and I still rate the unit 5 stars.

We had a great time here! The condo was clean and cool and right next to the beach which is all I wanted. The owner was super nice.
