About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on the 15th floor has the best of both worlds with outstanding views of the gulf through the 30 ft wall of windows out the front and lagoon views from the bedrooms! We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner.
You must be at least 23 years old to rent this beautiful condo.
All high end furniture has a contemporary look but is also incredibly comfortable, making this beach get away a true vacation experience. The living room has TWO large beautiful leather sectionals for great seating.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. All beds are extremely comfortable with luxury linens. Both full bathrooms have dual sinks and a large vanity for extra space and plenty of plush towels.
A stacked washer /dryer is also available inside the condo for your convenience. Our kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything needed for you and your guests.
We provide a beach cart and a rolling cooler to make the short walk to the beach even easier.
If you love fishing, this is the place! There are endless possibilities right here in Gulf Shores. Just a few steps out the the door of Sanibel is the lagoon where fishing, jet skiing and boating are so convenient. Little Lagoon Pass Park, the pass connecting the lagoon and the Gulf is just a stones throw away with a beautiful, protected beach just waiting for the little ones who want the shallow, calm water. Or just relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon.
If you need more to do than enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water, there are so many options just a short distance away. Sanibel is only 2.5 miles to 'The T' (the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd) which is the hub of activity and restaurants of Gulf Shores. Many choices of restaurants, a Super Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Bruno’s, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, and more are all within a short drive. Gulf Shores is full of family entertainment with a water park, golf, tennis, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, parasailing, dolphin cruises, go-karts, zoo, movies, and Tanger outlet stores. Explore civil war forts, a WWII battleship in Mobile, AL, hiking and biking trails. You can charter a fishing boat for some deep sea excitement or hire a captain to take you on a sunset cruise. Bicycle, boat and jet ski rentals are also available in the area.
The Gulf Coast area is home to many Festivals throughout the year such as the Shrimp Festival in October and the Baldwin County Strawberry Festival in April. The quaint town of Fairhope AL is nearby on Mobile Bay, home to the arts and crafts festival in March. The Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival is held in June over Fathers Day in the nearby town of Foley. The annual Hang Out Music Festival is held in May right here in Gulf Shores. There are too many other events and activities to mention but keep an eye on the Gulf Coast Chamber of commerce website to see more.

Host is always quick to respond. Views are amazing. Located far enough out to be away from the bustle of the main drag, but easy to get to all the good shopping and restaurants. We love this condo and would be happy to stay here again.

We loved this condo! It’s exactly like it shows and was stocked with so much we didn’t have to buy much! The location was perfect! We could walk right across the street to the beach and had the lagoon behind us and we went fishing in it a lot! I loved being on the 15th floor because you could see the beach from the condo! The pool was great too and our overall experience was great!!

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldn’t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone else’s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel that’s ready for the next family. It says “still in use by previous family.” Maybe that’s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. I’m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.
