Sanibel 505 is a beautiful 2BR/2.5BA condo located on the 5th floor with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is across the street from the beach, but just steps away from the snow-white sand that makes Gulf Shores famous. You'll love sitting on the balcony and watching the surf roll in from the Gulf of Mexico. The complex sits on the edge of Little Lagoon, so you can also look out over the lagoon, with beautiful sunsets over the water. With more than 1,230 square feet of space, this two bedroom/two and a half bath condo has tons of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. The condo sleeps seven comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin trundle in the guest room, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo also has an extra half bath! The condo has been completely updated and redecorated over the winter and is very beautiful.
