Magnolia Place is perfect for Family gatherings and Reunions, and awaiting guests planning on making special new memories!
Located in Oconee County near the middle of Lake Keowee, Magnolia Place is located off of Knox Road and Highway 188, approximately eight miles from Seneca and Walhalla. Magnolia Place has a beautiful view of the beautiful lake and the mountain ranges.
This three-level, brick home features 7 bedrooms, five full baths, one half bath, and two separate shower rooms in additional to the living room, entertainment area, bonus room and much more. Magnolia Place was set up with the vacation renter in mind and what any family, friends, and guests would need in a home away from home.
MAIN FLOOR:
Magnolia Place features over 5000 sq ft on three floors. The main floor has a living room, big screen Smart TV' perfect for watching the game, comfortable seating to enjoy quiet time, and the views of the lake while bathed in light from the many windows facing the great outdoors. Doors lead from the living room to a sunroom and deck facing the lake, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while simultaneously basking in the outdoors.
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, and a large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. It has an amazing lake view, and access to the deck, through patio doors and connects to the main sunroom. The main level also has two additional bedrooms, bath, and laundry room, and access to a 2 car garage. The two bedrooms share a bath on this split bedroom design, and there is one bedroom with a king bed with lake views, and another with a queen bed.
TOP FLOOR:
Upstairs, the top floor has a loft area complete with a second tv entertainment area, with large smart TV, and is one of the two places the kids can hook up their game system. The loft also features a tucked away desk for anyone needing to having some quiet study or work dedicated area. Also on this floor are two bedroom suites off of the loft area, each complete with private baths.
GROUND FLOOR:
The ground level has a walkout French patio door, with easy access to the boat dock from this level. There is a second outdoor patio space, wonderful for quietly taking in the lovely outdoors. There is one full bath, one half-bath and two separate shower rooms on the lower level with easy access when coming in from the lake. Two additional bedrooms face the lake for more enjoyment. One connects to a full bath and the other sits beside the half bath. A family room and billiard room provide extra room for entertainment and enjoyment, include a pool table, foosball table, chess table, and large smart TV, visible from the billiard table.
OUTDOORS:
A large covered dock sits in the water, with room for two extra boats to be tied up. The swim deck has eight feet uncovered and four feet covered for both plenty of sun and shade to make everyone happy. The use of the dock is free for our guests. A sunroom and two decks off of the house provide great spaces to relax and enjoy meals. Parking for six-eight cars is available, 1 in the garage, 4 more on main level outside the garage and additional parking behind the house for boat trailers and more.
*Please do not park ANY vehicles on the street as we try to be respectful and mindful of our neighbors/neighborhood and this has been an issue with them in the past*
GENERAL:
This home will sleep a large family, but limited to 16. We limit the number of people to 16, even though the house will sleep more than this. House has septic tank and number of people is limited to 16 due to this.
Our guests' stay at Magnolia Place is complete with the cleaning and bed linen service provided. Guests are asked to leave the home in good condition with the kitchen clean at checkout. Towels are available for guests' usage, but guests are required to launder used towels the night before departure. The cleaning service will take care of general cleaning after checkout, so please plan to depart punctually.
Items Provided: Guests will find all dishes and pans sufficient for 16 people in kitchen. Arrivals will find starter rolls of toilet paper in each bath, starter rolls of paper towels in kitchen, laundry detergent for towels in 2 laundry rooms, and kitchen dish-washing soap, anti-bacterial soap at each bathroom sink, all necessary bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sufficient for 16 people. We do not provide personal hygiene items and guests should still plan for stocking up on paper goods and necessary items.
Cancellations. Our rule for all rentals is that guests can cancel any time until 30 days before reservation if needed for summer rentals. If you have to cancel less than 30 days before reservation, if we are able to re-rent the week, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 30 days out, guests will forfeit upfront rental monies if we are not able to re-rent that week. Off-season cancellations are 30 days in advance as well.

The house and property were gorgeous and just what we needed for a weekend in the upstate! The one and only issue we had was the grill being unusable for the cookout we had planned for Sunday.
