" Estate on the Lake" 7 BR/7 BA, 6 Suites, Over 8,400 Square Feet! Private Pool!

Great property! Plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor area is amazing. So relaxing and enjoyable. The property was built in the late 80s and is starting to show some wear and tear. Overall, absolutely beautiful. I would book it again.

This lake home is amazing. The backyard pool and lakefront access is unrivaled. Nick and the rest of the folks that help support it made every step easy and were incredibly responsive. We rented the home for my son's graduation from Clemson and it fit us and our extended family perfectly. My son and friends were also able to join us for a spectacular lake day. Many thanks.

The pool was cold for a heated pool. We could not find a thermometer to check temp. We reported this to manager the second day and we got no response to our emails. The hot tub was cool and it had an uncovered pump suction, our 4 year old granddaughter had her foot sucked in by pump and couldn’t get it out. Her mom was able to get it out. After that we had to be very careful in hot tub. We reported this to manager as well with no response. We were very happy about house. It was spacious and we had plenty room for our family. We loved the pool area and the lake. The kitchen area was great! We didn’t enjoy the pool because it was too cold to actually get in the water.

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon, later on that day we had issued lighting fire pit on deck. When we went to shower there were only 2 bathrooms with hot water, plus living room fireplace did not work. Contact was made and arrangements were made with property’s owners maintenance man to fix water at 4:30 Wednesday. As well as a company dispatched to fix fire place at same time. Fire place was fixed late Wednesday. Water was repaired but had to wait a few more hours for it to refill. So we basically had 2 bathrooms to shower until late Wednesday night. There is a Mr. Coffee -coffee maker on the counter but no actual coffee pot to go with it. There was a Kuerig, thankfully I purchased both. The waterfall wall ran out of water and we shut it down due to awful noise it was making. Lastly the listing shows both pontoon boat available for rent as well as pontoon boat free. So we had to pay additional money for pontoon as it was not free. The house is huge but sadly our stay was less than we had hoped and I don’t think we would splurge on this again.
