Great home for large groups coming in to spend time with family and friends on the lake, or for those coming in town for events at Clemson. House has 8 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, 2 kitchens, a pool table that can be made into a ping pong table, spacious outdoor decks for gathering, gas grill, pleasant lily pad pond in the back yard, and a large driveway for parking multiple cars. Home is located at the back of a cove, so the water is very calm with no thru traffic of other boats to worry about. This home is new on the market for vacation rentals, so furniture and appliances are like new still! This property is exactly what it looks like and is described. We rented this for our immediate family Thanksgiving Weekend. We had lots of kids under 5 years old and felt plenty safe and comfortable. The abundant parking, space for eating, fire pit and kayaks were all highlights for us. The check in and out process could not have been easier I 100% would recommend this property for a family stay or a Clemson Tiger Game!While visiting we took the kids to the Oasis Mini Golf Ranch, 10/10 recommend, and adults went to Keowee Brewery which was an easy drive.

We had a fantastic time at this property! There was plenty of room for our group. We loved time spent on the lake and nights by the fire pit.

Very spacious and well stocked home.Communication with the host was excellent.There was an issue with the path to the dock.The path was mulched and with the rain it was very slick.The dock is in a shallow cove and the water level was low making the steps onto the dock steep and dangerous.This home is beautiful and very well kept but the dock situation was disappointing.
