Villa on the beach, between Catania and Siracusa

First of all Paola was so inviting upon our arrival with fresh fruits, Gelato drinks. The home sits on a manicured property pristine landscape with beautiful patio furniture and plenty of seating for a large family. The home is fully renovated plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding newly renovated bathrooms and plenty of room in the dining and living space. The AC was amazing for us Americans . The home itself sits on a property which is beach front your own oasis with a private setting no crowds at all only home owners which makes this property amazing. The home also has private parking for your car. Paola also includes beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and more. Did i mention the views from the bedrooms watching the sunrise was beautiful. Thank you very much we will see you soon again.

My family of 6 stayed at Paola's property for 4 nights and it was the highlight of our vacation throughout Italy. Paola is a sincerely gracious and accommodating hostess. The property is gorgeous and well situated to the beach. It is necessary to have access to a rental car, as there are no restaurants or markets close by. Paola is very responsive and provides excellent information to make the stay comfortable and efficient. I just can't say enough good things about our stay and about Paola. If you have a chance to stay here we would highly recommend it.

The villa of Paola and Sebastiano is a real treasure! Everything starting from the booking process until check-out was very well organized and uncomplicated. The warm welcoming of Paola and Sebastiano is something very special and kind and should not be taken for granted. The fridge was kindly packed with more than enough food, so that after arriving to a new area one does not need immediately drive for grocery shopping but instead enjoy a nice welcoming and go swimming in the sea. We were 2 families with totally 3 kids during two weeks at this place. We had had plenty of space for all of us. The house is very much spacy an das the same as depicted on the photos: very cozy and comfortable. With a larger kitchen and a dishwasher it will be just the perfect place! The latter things are going to take place in the near future, as Paola let me know. The terrace was the perfect place for our dinners and long evenings. The house is very clean and the bathrooms are perfectly tidy. The view from the both bedrooms is fantastic! The house has everything, what you need during your holiday. As a guest you feel that a lot of love and attention has been invested in the house by Paola and her family. Sebastiano and Paola have very charming young lady as a daughter. We had a chance to taste their home made organic orange jam and even bougt some for taking it with us back to Germany. The baker was coming every morning from 8.40 until shortly after 9. It was saving us so much time for buying the fresh buns, paninis and pastries at some other place. For grocery shoping one can drive to „Conad“ in Carlentini. Although without a car it will be difficult there. One should consider renting a car, otherwise it will be almost impossible to go out for food or for sight seeing. As per our request Paola and Sebastiano have arranged the nephew of Paola, Giansalve, the great chef, who had learned cooking in France, to cook for us at one of the evenings. Upon our request he cooked tipical sicilian food. That evening will remain as an unforgetabel for all of us. The food was very extravagant and very delicious and worth each cent we payed. Should one wish this exclusive service, discuss all the details in advance with Giansalve. In total we are all so happy that we chose exactly Paola’s villa for our sicilian holiday. I can recommend this house to everyone wishing to spend a great holiday directly by the sea with the perfect view and charming landlords...

The property is as exactly as depicted, plenty of room, very.very clean and the ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floors is breathtaking. The beachfront is clean, very private and the view of Mount Etna is amazing! The property is easily accessible for parking and gated.Shopping for supplies is close by, and the restaurants are short driving distances . Outdoor dining on a huge table with a very large umbrella shade makes all meals a pleasure. We were treated as though we were family by Paola, Sebastian and Sveva, absolutely wonderful and caring hosts. They supplied some supplies for our first day and treated 11 of us to a home cooked meal during our stay.,Paola's meal was real honest to goodness Sicilian cuisine, delicious is an understatement. I highly recommend Paola's villa, you will not be disappointed.
