Independent villa with private pool with a breathtaking view on Etna Volcano.
Located in a private village where only the owners can enter, the villa opens with a breathtaking view of the gulf of the Etna volcano and the 35 kilometers of view on the coast. at sunset you can witness unique sunsets. The isolated and truly peaceful detached villa. inside the village there are two rocky beaches that are easily accessible to children.
The seafront garden with infinity effect pool will leave you breathless.
The villa has two floors.
on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one quadruple plus a kitchen and a panoramic living room.
Surrounded by greenery, on the sea of syracuse, in front of the etna volcano, strategically located to visit noto , taormina , piazza armerina, ragusa , catania and syracuse and all the beste beaches of Sicily.

What an amazing place! This villa is absolutely beautiful; large without being pretentious and has everything you need and more and still has cozy charm. The views are amazing; we enjoyed just sitting outside looking at the views and listening to the sea. Pascal is a fantastic host, very helpful and friendly, super responsive to messages. He will even help you with recommendations and assist with arrangements for a personal chef to come out a prepare and serve a special meal (this is a must do!) Thank you for everything, can’t wait to come back someday!

This property quite simply is heaven. The view was breathtaking at all hours, and there were so many place to enjoy it outdoors in various seats or in the gorgeous pool. The interior was also beautiful and felt lived in just the right amount - plenty of room for our whole family with beautiful views from 2 of the bedrooms. The beach is a little tricky to reach from the house but the pool and the view from it so stunning that I didn't mind at all. Dreaming of the day I can come back here again soon!

This villa is old and yet very charming. The living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the bathrooms have been updated a bit. The outside terraces and views of Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea were the show stoppers for sure. Most beautiful views you could imagine and the private swimming pool with outdoor warm shower were an added delight. Fun place to stay with family and friends.

The setting for the home is quite extraordinary with a wide view of Mt. Etna looking across the Mediterranean. The home offers plenty of room for guests and Pascal was wonderfully warm and helpful in his welcome to the home and referrals to local markets, restaurants and the area. The pool is fantastic.
The home is a 40 minute drive to Catania and 30 minutes longer to Taormina. While the home is welcoming, it could use a very basic updating, as there is limited hot water and the kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated.
