About this villa rental
'Villa Casa Segunda', situated in the town of Lliria, is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an en suite shower room that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning (living room only), a ceiling fan in each room, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.
As an addition for 2025, the Cinema Room has now been completed. This room is fitted with comfy sofas, curtains, an 86" 4K TV, a 3D DVD Blu-ray player, and a surround sound system so you can watch your favorite films from the DVD collection. The room is fully soundproof and is fitted with its own toilet and kitchen.
Your private outdoor area includes a lovely large covered terrace for relaxing and al fresco dining, a large pool with LED lights, a spacious garden with a football goal, basketball net, golf putting and pitching greens with a bunker, a Balinese bed for relaxing, a barbecue, and an outdoor solar shower.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 standard double bed. Walking or driving distance to the nearest bar is 773 m, to the nearest café is 2.07 km, to the nearest restaurant is 440 m, to the nearest supermarket is 3.82 km, and to the nearest beach (Platja Port Saplatja) is 30.5 km. Valencia Airport is 24.6 km away. Free parking is available on the property (3 parking spaces) and on the street. Families with children are welcome. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has a step-free interior. Towels and bed linen are included (one per person). Beach and pool towels are provided.

Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day!
Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
Would highly recommend Villa Casa Segunda and would love to return.
