La Casa del Sol Naciente is situated in the prestigious hillside of Cascadas in Pedregal which overlooks downtown San Lucas. This gorgeous 4 bedroom condo is exactly what you need for the perfect Cabo vacation! It is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to downtown San Lucas. You will have access to 2 community pools and jacuzzis that offer loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas for relaxation. Nothing is better than coming back from downtown after a long day at the beach, marina, or shopping, and just relaxing pool side or from the condo with an unbelievable view!
When you walk into La Casa del Sol Naciente, you will feel right at home! The condo provides everything that you could possibly need whether you are on vacation, business for work, or both! The condo offers a little something for everyone to ensure you have a great time and enjoy!
You will find 2 master bedrooms located off the left side of the kitchen. The front master bedroom provides a King size bed with usb ports on the night stands, pocket sliding doors that open all the way for easy access to the terrace, TV with Dish US, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet. The bathroom provides a walk in tile shower and a jacuzzi tub for those days or nights that you want to soak and just relax. Bath and Beach towels are provided as well as a blow dryer.
The 2nd master bedroom is located behind the front master and this bedroom provides a King size bed with ample closet space, TV with Dish US, and ensuite bathroom with walk in tile shower. Bath and Beach towels are provided.
The kitchen/dining room and living room are located centrally in the condo to maximize the view of downtown San Lucas and the view of the Ocean! This way if you are eating breakfast at the dining table or out on the terrace, you will get to experience the Cabo sunrise!
The kitchen is outfitted for any chef or guest that loves to cook! You will find a complete spice rack and the basic essentials to start off our vacation! The kitchen has a purification system , so the water is safe to drink. There is also a wet bar that provides additional supply of ice, wine fridge to keep beers and wine cool, and a sink with purified water!
On the right side of the condo, the 2 guest bedrooms are located. The first bedroom when you walk into the condo is outfitted with a King size bed, closet space, and TV with netflix. The next bedroom provides a full size bed and single bed with closet space, and TV with netflix. There is a full size bathroom located near both of the bedrooms that has a walk in tile shower for guests to use.
The terrace provides 2 loungers with a table, seating for 4 with table, and fire pit to sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the nightlife of downtown San Lucas!

If security is called to the property, they can issue fines that can be 1000 usd or higher and will be the responsibility of the renter.

This place was amazing!! The host Deny was very helpful, groceries were delivered on time, rooms were spacious, very clean. Loved the icemaker in the kitchen!! Pool and hot tub were saltwater and so quiet and relaxing.Would definitely recommend!!

A beautiful property that has all the accommodations that you would need. The views and sunrises were the most amazing. The property manager is helpful 24/7 as well as the recommended driver. My party of 8 had an awesome time and fit comfortably. Another perk was access to the washer and dryer and the 2 pools on the property.

I stayed here with my daughters while celebrating my birthday. The property is immaculate and the view is stunning with a terrace and fire pit that we used the entire time. Pictures doesn’t do it any justice. The property manager Kristina was on top of everything we wanted to do during our stay. She was awesome! Deny was delightful and made sure everything was in working order when we arrived. He checked on us throughout the trip which I thought was very very nice. We were assisted with a private chef, transportation, our luggage and renting a yacht while there. All of our needs were met outside of just staying there. Chef Gloria was a joy to meet. So pleasant and came everyday on time with a smile to make us breakfast and an amazing dinner one evening. Every meal she cooked for us was absolutely delicious and she even brought me some flowers and baked a birthday cake for me that was so good! You’ll want to make sure you’re ok with paying for transportation with them daily because you can’t uber to town unless you walk downhill a ways. Transportation they offered was worth it to us. Very nice air Conditioned modern vehicles. Phillip was very pleasant and made sure drivers were always on time to pick us up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were treated like royalty. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of everyone there. It made my birthday even better. We had NO issues. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.
