This was an amazing place for our family to stay during our vacation to Athens. It was located in a nice neighborhood within easy access to the Acropolis and other great spots. Rooftop patio view was incredible. The property owners ended up being extremely welcoming and helpful, offering ideas and setting up several excursions for us.

We were a party of 11 that booked the Acropolis Blue for two nights before we set off on a 10 day cruise. The house was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The owners took care of everything. They were also able to arrange transfers from the airport to the house and then from the house to the port. We were able to take advantage of one of the tours that they offered. We took the Acropolis tour. The guide was amazing. There were grocery stores, coffee, shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance of the house. I 100% recommend this house. As a sidenote, we did not need to use our European adaptors at all. They had American plugs in addition to the European ones already in the house.

We loved this property and the location. We were able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food restaurants, shops, bakery shops, etc. Yhis property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with Kitchen and living room. Balcony and the Terrace are great area to hangout with family and friends. I loved the Massage place one floor below of our apartment. A pasta place next to apartment has excellent place for the lunch or dinner. All the facilities in the apartment are great. I would highly recommend this place for family and friends. A host that managed this property was very helpful. Most of the things about them was that they had a document with all the information. We would definitely stay in this place. Great neighborhood.

This experience was amazing. The staff took care of every little thing. They had such attention to detail. If I was still in business I would try to hire the entire staff. From booking to leaving there was never an issue. And the guide they had for the Acropolis was the best most informative guide we have ever had. One of our friends did not get her luggage from the airport. Carol used her knowledge and got the luggage. Just the best experience. Highly recommend this company and this apartment.

This apartment is fabulous as are the folks that rent it. Great location with amazing view of acropolis from the rooftop patio. The rest of the building is businesses so we had the patio to ourselves. Apartment is spacious and clean and exactly as advertised. Carole and her team were great to work with throughout. Very communicative and helpful. Danai met us outside the apartment so we had no trouble getting in and explained everything and provided many tips as well. Book this one!

I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience this was. From the moment I reserved Acropolis Blue, Carol and her team were amazing. The information and guidance they provided was invaluable. I left the states with a wonderful itinerary and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we were greeted at the airport by Dimitri until Nick dropped us at the ferry we felt like we were part of the family. Danai greeting us at the apartment was a treat and she was so incredibly helpful throughout the trip. The apartment was extremely nice and comfortable and we loved being in a local neighborhood not surrounded by tourists. All of the excursions were wonderful as well as the food recommendations. I could go on and on but suffice it to say you can go wrong with Carol and her team.

Acropolis Blue, in Pangrati, Athens was the most fantastic experience I have had with a VRBO property. It was so much better than I could have imagined. Everything you would need was provided for you. The 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms was perfect for our party of 5. All was in working order and we needed nothing else. The location was the best! Every bakery and restaurant was within walking distance and we never needed a taxi to take us anywhere. I loved the energy of the neighborhood, just a short walk from the main area of Athens. We were within walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka. The terrace balcony, with a view of the acropolis, was what sold me on Acropolis Blue and it did not disappoint. I really can't say enough positive comments about Acropolis Blue. Something that made this also the perfect place was Carole, Basil, Danai, and Niklos at Greek Vacation rentals. I have never had such personal attention before!

In May, 2023, my wife and I traveled to Greece with our four adult children, son-in-law and daughter-in-law. We stayed in Athens a few days before heading to Santorini. Fortunately, we chose Acropolis Blue for our stay in Athens. The apartment was incredibly comfortable for the eight of us. It was well furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. The porch and the rooftop made great sitting areas for an evening wine or coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is safe and full of coffee shops, markets, and restaurants. It is a 25-minute walk to the Acropolis. As important as the apartment itself, the team at Real Greece made for incredibly enjoyable few days in Athens. They helped arrange dinners and transportation for the eight of us. They even arranged a wonderful private tour of the Acropolis. Every driver, Real-Greece team member, and tour guide were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly hospitable. Whether you are an experienced Greek traveler or a first-timer to Athens, the Acropolis Blue property and the Real Greece team can provide the foundation for a really wonderful experience.

The property was amazing- it exceeded our expectations in all ways. Very clean, we had everything we needed and even a welcome basket with goodies. The company arranged airport transfers for our group and also amazing private tours in Athens and other locations in Greece. Everything was flawless. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very local and filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. We had everything a few steps away. The Acropolis Blue apartment was perfect for our vacation, and Carole made the experience trouble-free and comfortable from beginning to end. We were a little apprehensive landing in a strange town and staying in a private residence, but the comprehensive welcome packet answered most of our questions. Being greeted by our driver, Nick, at the airport made our arrival into downtown Athens both painless and informative, and meeting Nadea at the apartment with a beautiful welcome basket made us feel welcome and at home right away. Views of the Acropolis from our balcony and the roof terrace, especially at sunset were wonderful, and being within walking distance of the monuments and museums was great. My extended family had an amazing time in this incredible designed apartment. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and super comfy beds made sleeping easy for the seven of us. THe kitchen has everything you could want for cooking or reheating things. The neighborhood is out of the touristy parts of town and allows you to experience more of Athens. The owners did an amazing job of helping us navigate “must do” trips and assisted in all parts of the trip from arranging transportation to and from the airport, booking tour guides and even finding a birthday cake for my nieces sweet sixteen. Don’t hesitate in booking any of their properties...you will not be disappointed.

The driver from the airport coordinated with Nadia so that we could enter the apartment and drop our bags prior to the apartment being ready. Nadia showed us how to operate the washer and dryer, remote control heat, and the electronic shades. She did an excellent job of telling us about local restaurants and gave us a couple estimates on how long it would take to walk from the apartment to various destinations. The welcome basket was well received…..thanks! Our adult age kids played cards late one night and the apartment walls are sound proof enough that we didn’t hear them. We didn’t hear or see any of the tenants that occupy the business offices below the apartment. The elevator was convenient and was always operable. We used the washer and dryer nearly non-stop while we were in the unit and both worked wonderfully. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for us to use. The 7 of us adults were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms and had plenty of bathrooms for our own privacy. The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and many of the Athens attractions. Thanks for pointing out the business cards available to us with the apartment address on them.

From reservation request to final departure, our group of eight was delighted with this rental experience. The location of the apartment provided easy exploration of important Athens sites. A thirty minute walk or a 5 euro cab ride delivers you to the Acropolis, Agora, Plaka, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Parliament and more. A full service grocer is just across the street with bakeries, confectionaries, restaurants, and a taxi stand only steps away. Do not miss the quick serve Dionysus restaurant next door the apartment where we treated like neighbors and where we enjoyed superb souvlaki, kebabs, chicken and pork. Just across the street is a small shop with great freshly roasted nuts, whole bean coffee, granola, and more. Just a perfect location. The apartment was nicely furnished and immaculate. Each of four bedrooms has a full bath with flexible sleeping accommodations that were perfect for our blend of couples and singles. The fully equipped kitchen included stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware and serving dishes. The hosts provided a generous basket of local food and wine to help us get quickly settled. A balcony off the main living space adds a comfortable fresh air gathering place and a rooftop patio adds even more with a bonus view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. We were greeted on arrival by the local contact who gave us a tour of the property and brief introduction to the area. She also provided a reassuring local contact number. The bonus for this property was the extraordinary service. The hosts arranged for our transfers from the cruise port at the beginning of our stay and to the airport on our departure. They also provided private tours of Athens and nearby areas, including a private tour of the Acropolis with a licensed guide. Nikki, our driver, and Averkious, our Acropolis guide, were both excellent and we suggest you strongly consider these services which can be tailored to your group needs. Prices for these extra services were very competitive and the added convenience of making and paying for these arrangements through the host was a major plus. Location, Location, Location? No. Location, Accomodation, Service!

We, 3 brothers and their wives, all aged over 55, stayed for 8 days in Oct. The apartment is located in walking distance to major sightseeing places and we loved bakery(open at 5 am), supermarket, restaurants next to the apartment. It's not very close to the metro station but you can use bus and trolley nearby. Carol, the hostess, and Nikos, the driver from/to the airport arranged by Carol, were helpful and professional.

We were a family group of 11, including 4 children, and found the condo comfortable and functional. The terrace was well used. Nadia met us as we arrived and was very friendly and helpful with our arrangements. We were close to shops for food for breakfast and restaurants for dinner. Our Greek dancing lesson was lots of fun and challenging. Our half day tour, which you arranged, of the Acropolis and the Agora was great. The welcome notes that you sent us were very informative. We found our way by walking, taking the bus, the subway and the taxis. We all loved the markets at the Plaka and Monastiraki. Thank you so much, Pat

We had an amazing time in this oasis in Athens! The apartment is incredibly well stocked, impeccably clean, and conveniently located! We were in Athens during a heat wave so the ability to tour the sites in the morning and then come home for a rest before heading out for the evening was perfect.
