I actually extended my stay since I liked it so much - the building seems newly renovated. The facilities are excellent and it’s a great value for the money

The property is very conveniently located to all key sites. Acropolis, Hadrians arch, temple of Zeus, plaka. Didn’t need to do the hop on hop off. We just walked everywhere. The place was secure, safe.
The mgr who was locally present was absolutely fantastic and helpful
1. We were 2 adults and a child. The place was tight for the 3 of us. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time inside.
2. We stayed for 10 days. On avg the stay here is 3. So the current policy is ‘clean on check out’. This needs to be amended for long stays given the restricted space and bins (kitchen and loo) get filled up quick. Especially since you cldnt flush toilet paper
3. Cupboard space was restricted. So 2 people lived out of the suitcase for 10days. Taking more space
4. There was no tea/milk. Only coffee, sugar and 2 bottles of water.
