We had a great stay beach condo! The location is perfect-just a short walk to the beach, and the condo itself was clean, updated, and well-maintained. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but that's pretty typical and didn't take away from our overall experience. We especially loved the convenience of the shuttle within Shipyard
—it made getting around so easy. Would definitely stay again!

This place was prefect for us! The 'Starter Kit' you get has dish soap and basics plus they had shampoo/conditioner/soaps/toilet paper/towels(two sets for four people) and that was very helpful. Lasted my husband and I and our two kids the whole week so it was perfect. One downside is I was thinking the condo was 'on the beach' and this place is 'by' the beach, you still have to walk a few minutes to get to the beach(or you could drive up the road one minute). A map of the layout of the place would be helpful in the condo to know where to find the pool/beach/etc but we were able to find them both by asking around/using google maps. The place is very clean! You're about 10/15 minutes (maximum) away from just about everything which is great. Saw alligators, crab hunting on the beach at night, dolphins... It was awesome! WiFi disconnects every time you leave the house and you have to re-sign in every time and that's kind of annoying but it works fine. I would go back to this place no problem and I would recommend it!! Perfect quaint little condo for a little vacation getaway!

The proximity to the beach is great. It’s an easy walk to the beach but if you still prefer to drive there is plenty of parking. The condo itself was ok for what we needed but it needs some TLC.
