About this house rental
Unwind in Moss Creek Plantation (https://mosscreek-hiltonhead.com/) in a private, gated country club setting with coastal marshes and lush foliage throughout. With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 (2 newly remodeled with the 3rd remodeled Summer of 2025) bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub in the master and a bath/shower in the main perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer when you stay at our place.
With everything you need provided, this is your fall, winter & spring home away from home. All you will need is your clubs (golf not included) and your clothes!
Sitting on the South golf course with beautiful views, the home was remodeled in 2024 with fresh paint throughout, new hardwood floors, newly carpeted bedrooms, new kitchen and laundry room and new 1/2 bath. It is fully furnished and appointed to make your stay restful and relaxing.
Home Features Include:
The fully equipped kitchen features new cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances with plenty of storage in the walk in pantry and separate desk area. The quartzite bar counter features 3 comfortable bar stools and the dining area has seating for 6. Should you decide to formally entertain you can enjoy the fully appointed formal living room and dining room.
The main living room is bright and open with a trayed ceiling and fan. Enjoy the 50” flat screen with full Hargray cable package and Amazon Firestick. Sink into the double leather couches and recliners and watch the golfers and nature while enjoying the ambiance of the double sided fireplace.
The backyard abutting the golf course and fenced patio provide a relaxing outdoor space and features 4 chairs, a patio table with umbrella and Weber gas grill.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new Saatvia mattress and new pillows and new Pottery Barn linens, features a wall of windows to the golf course views and two large walk in closets.
The private master bath has a large walk-in shower and jetted tub including new towels, new linens, and initial shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable Saatvia mattress and new pillows and linens. Includes ceiling fan and large closet.
The second bathroom is a jack and jill with the library / office. It has a large shower/ tub and new towels, a hair dryer and starter shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
The fully stocked library has a pull out couch for visitors, a desk, monitor, printer, keyboard, and mouse.
Whole house high speed internet / Wi-Fi and cable package provided. Whole house sound system.
A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is provided including fully stocked cleaning supplies, and Dyson vacuum .
2 car garage with everything you will need for the beach (towels, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach umbrella, 4 new breach chairs, beach toys). Also stocked with 4 pickle ball racquets, 4 kayaking life vests and paddles and 2 bikes.
Weekly trash service is provided.
Commercial pickup trucks are not allowed.
Rentals 30 day minimum and limited to parties of 6 people or less.

Moss Creek is located less than a mile from the bridge to Hilton Head, where the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head can be accessed. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Historic Old Town Bluffton is just a few miles away with charming shops. Savannah and Charleston are excellent choices for day trips.
Numerous well respected and challenging low country golf courses are available in Beaufort County. These courses include May River golf course, Montage Palmetto Bluff Resort, Hilton Head National, and Old South Golf Links to name a few.
Moss Creek offers many amenities. Fee schedule available upon request. Please note golf is not included and is subject to separate fee.

House was in a great location. The neighborhood is amazing with lots of amenities. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The bikes were great to use. Golf at Moss Creek was excellent. The whole neighborhood and staff is great. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space.

Every detail in this home was thoughtfully considered, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The house was beautifully outfitted with everything we could possibly need, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy, stylish furnishings. It was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. Fiona was wonderful—responsive, kind, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We can’t recommend this home enough and would definitely be interested in returning. A five-star experience all around!”
