We loved that we wasn't far from stores & restaurants. Pool was great especially for the kiddos! Very roomy 3 bedrooms, the owner has 2 pack and plays one upstairs in the master and 1 down stairs in the closet. Also had a cot for a small child. Everyone that lived there was nice no issues at all with any of the renters of the complexes. We wasnt very far from any beaches. 18 mins to Coligny Plaza, just a couple mins from Wally World!

There was a few small cock roaches downstairs (They are not Palmetto Bugs they are roaches), the beds are very very uncomfortable. The furniture was old and outdated, the place itself is also old and outdated could use a lot of up doing. The broom in the closet was broken.... So I went and bought one from the dollar tree & left it for the owners other renters to use! The cooling system does not make it upstairs 😩 we had to buy a fan for us to use in the master half the lights work, the fan didn't work in the bedroom with the full bed. But all in all it was worth the money minus the few roaches we seen. Also the showers in both bathrooms the water will roast you lol, and the tile is coming up everywhere upstairs and down stairs some of it was chipped you will have that with cheap stick down tiles.

Seen a few small roaches to be cautious of, purchased two fans cause ac is not cold for room.

Close to parks and stores

The apartment had a ton of cockroaches and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Shower faucets were hard to turn it felt like we were going to break them off the wall. Broken fixtures. AC went in and out during the stay. Was set to below 60 degrees and would only cool the bottom floor to about 74 upstairs remained warm. When I called for bike rentals , they denied usage because of the location we stayed. They had too many theft incidents at the location. My main concern is the roach infestation .
