Vacation home with a fully fenced property and a south-facing terrace at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and one toddler. Lockable garden shed. Dogs allowed.
The beach, harbor, agility course, and the Nessmersiel Sturmfrei Family Center with its wellness oasis are all within walking distance. The harbor also serves as a ferry terminal to the East Frisian North Sea island of Baltrum.

Spacious open-concept living/dining area with a cozy sitting area, stereo system, and flat-screen TV.
Dining table with chairs and an open kitchen featuring a built-in kitchen with a four-burner stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, etc. and, of course, plenty of kitchen appliances, pots, and dishes.
From here, you have direct access to the fenced-in garden with a patio furnished with patio furniture.
Guest bathroom and storage room.
All windows have roller shutters.
Upper floor:
One bedroom with a double bed and a crib.
One bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bathroom with natural light, shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Attic: One bedroom with 2 single beds.
Lockable garden shed.
Max. 2 dogs. No other pets. Additional charge of 6.00 euros per dog per day.
