About this house rental
Our holiday home was renovated in 2015/2016 and is now available for rent for the first time.
It is located in the immediate vicinity of the dike in a small cul-de-sac far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so that you can feel the peace and relax here from everyday life. There are plenty of opportunities for children to play here, for example in the enclosed garden or on the turning hammer directly at the house. There is no car traffic and our semi-detached house is in the second row behind the street. A playground is nearby.
The high-quality house with 95 square meters offers enough space for 7 people.
On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area is equipped with a fireplace, where you can spend nice hours together.
The new, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. Here you will find, among other things, a cooker with extractor hood, an oven, a coffee and sense machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed. All windows have shutters on the ground floor.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a very large shower.
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a cot and an LCD color TV, in the second Bedroom there is a 120 cm wide bed and another LCD color TV. In both rooms, the windows can be darkened by blinds.
There is also a second, well-equipped shower room.
Washing machine, high chair, cot (no travel cot), mosquito nets and 2 awnings are also included.
Thanks to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can also bring your grandparents or a family with you, as there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the top floor.
Due to the smaller dining kitchen, the house is best occupied by 6 people, but there are sleeping facilities for 7 people and a small child. Then it gets a little narrower in the kitchen.
Since the house has 2 bathrooms, the bottleneck is on the dining area. Please look at the pictures.
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
There is parking for 2 cars next to the house.
Final cleaning costs € 60, plus € 10 for each dog.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can be rented on site from our manager. Optionally, the beds can also be made.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet.Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie die Buchung etc .waren gut organisiert. Unsere Vierbeiner haben sich Wohlgefühl und konnten den umzäunten Garten nach Belieben nutzen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind für die Hausgröße ein recht kleiner Essbereich u. eine sehr sehr enge Einfahrt um die Autos zu Parken .

Wir hatten guten Kontakt mit der sehr netten Vermieterin, die im Vorfeld sehr bemüht war unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut eingerichtet.
Leider mußten wir nachputzen.

Wir haben uns sehr auf den Urlaub gefreut da der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin einwandfrei war. Umgehend auf alle Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Umso ernüchternder und enttäuschender waren wir bei Ankunft. Die Agentur schien das Haus nicht oder nur mal eben schnell geputzt zu haben. Die Küchenschränke waren an dem Bereich der Griffe schmutzig. Flecken auf dem Boden. Unter den Betten nicht sauber gemacht. Staub an den Decken. Ekelig war auch der Matratzenschoner auf meinem Bett auf dem sich ein Fleck, welcher aussah wie ein Popel, befand. Haare überall. Auch Hundehaare. Die Matratzenschoner auf den Matratzen im Etagenbett fehlten komplett. Ich habe dann Abends die Vermieterin kontaktiert die mir direkt geantwortet hat. Am nächsten Vormittag kamen dann zwei Damen zum nach putzen. Sauber war es dann leider immer noch nicht. Für die Vermieterin tut es mir leid den Aufenthalt so schlecht zu bewerten. Das Haus und der Kontakt waren gut.
