About this house rental
The house is located in the beautiful town of Blomberg (East Frisia) near the North Sea resort of Esens / Bensersiel in an idyllic secluded location in the middle of corn fields and meadows with a private access of 200 meters.
In the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 1.5 km) there is a huge forest area that invites to long walks and bike tours. You have the opportunity to explore East Frisia via the well-developed hiking and biking trails across the country or along the canals in the marshes.
If you want to go on bike tours and cannot bring your own bikes, this is not a problem.
Bicycles can be borrowed from the petrol station in the town about 1 km away.
A small selection of sights, activities and excursion destinations are in the holiday home for inspection and inspiration (not with the current offer, but with a telephone number).
The newly renovated holiday home "Luettje Doerp" offers with 120 square meters of living space and an outdoor area of approximately 4000 square meters enough space for 2 to max. 8 people and enables children to play freely without having to pay attention to the approaching traffic.
Dogs are very welcome with us.
The house is very modern, bright and friendly and still has the charm of a traditional country house.
The house is non-smoking.
However, smokers are welcome and have the opportunity to smoke on the covered terrace.
The house is only about 1.5 km from the center where you have numerous shops.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Lütje Dorp hat uns ausgespochen gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der große Garten, in dem sich Fasanen und Hasen "Gute Nacht" sagen, war für unseren Hund ein ideales Spielparadies. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Wir waren im Mai 2022 für eine Woche in diesem Haus! Die Buchung und der Check in lief bereits unglaublich entspannt, so dass wir uns schon auf der Anreise begannen, auszuruhen.
Das Ferienhaus ist ein großer Traum, der Garten wunderschön, die Terrasse ist überdacht und sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, und es macht auch im Urlaub Spaß zu kochen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist recht klein, aber sehr gemütlich, die Betten sind der helle Wahnsinn! Wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere!
Auch die „Haustiere“ (im Ksmin war ein Vogelnest mit frisch geschlüpften Vögelchen) haben uns Freude gemacht. Das Bad ist toll, insgesamt ist einfach alles prima.
Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war herzlich und warm, Probleme wurden beinah augenblicklich gelöst!
Wir waren sehr gern in diesem Haus, und werden auch gerne wieder kommen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Vor allem der Garten war für die Kinder perfekt und die Ausstattung im Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Kommen gerne wieder!
