About this house rental
Cozy, well-furnished vacation home in a quiet cul-de-sac with a living and dining area, accommodating up to 7 people and one pet. Cozy, well-furnished vacation home in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a patio, and a garden, right in the Aurich-Tannenhausen recreational area.
A small section around the patio is fenced in.
The swimming lake, complete with a wakeboarding facility and beach bar, is located about 200 m away. Its loop trail (approx. 3 km) is also perfect for a leisurely stroll. The vacation home is fully equipped with a kitchen and a dishwasher, guaranteeing a relaxing stay.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
The standard local tourist tax will be added and charged separately after booking. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home is the Aurich swimming lake, which offers a variety of activities (shallow sandy beach, designated non-swimmer area, DLRG lifeguard supervision during the season, a children’s playground, water skiing, wakeboarding, and pedal boat rentals), as well as a horse farm offering horse rentals. The center of Aurich is approximately 6 km away, and the North Sea can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
