Completely renovated, this condo is a stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath home away from home that comfortably sleeps four. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line appliances and has everything you will need for your stay. This unit is close to the pool in the back section of the property.
Take advantage of the fantastic fishing opportunities from the private lake, which is a short walk away. If you're feeling adventurous, hop onto the bike path (which is connected to our entrance!) and take full advantage of the multitude of bike trails and walking paths throughout the island. Or experience the vibrancy of the Pier Village, which is a pleasant stroll away!
At Ocean Walk, you won't be short of activities. Dive into one of the two pools, challenge your family to a game on the nearby tennis courts, take a stroll along the beautiful lake or simply soak up the serenity of the surrounding environment. No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
No smoking in unit. Smoking is allowed on the patio only. Please close patio doors if you are smoking on the patio to prevent smoke/odors from getting in the unit.
