Real Escapes is pleased to offer you this upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the Ocean Walk Community. This updated condo has two very comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Enjoy the light-filled living room with large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals or reheat leftovers from your favorite local restaurants.
The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite with shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is another full bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combination. You will love the covered porch off of the living room that overlooks the majestic oak trees – perfect for morning coffee.
There is so much to do without even leaving the 16 acre, beautifully landscaped complex - fish in the lake (catch & release), feed the ducks, play basketball, or swing at the children’s playground. Other on-site amenities include two pools (one is heated yearly during September through April), an exercise room that overlooks the pond and a clubhouse with a ping pong table.
Ocean Walk is a short walk to the Village and Pier area where crabbing is always fun. While you are in the village, have some oysters at The Half Shell. Build sand castles or go fly kites at the beach. When vacationing on St. Simons Island, you can ride bikes everywhere! There are bike/foot paths all the way to the north end of the island.

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Overall it was a great home in a great location. Great access to restaurants and things to do. Home was in great condition, only issue was extremely slow draining tubs in both bathrooms. Other than that it was great and despite that we would stay again!

Great property in a wonderful locations. Place waa extremely clean and within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Master bath was extremely dirty! The shower had mold and dirt all over it and there was mold on the walls! Floors were barely swept and there was trash behind furniture that had not been picked up. Really made us question if anything had been cleaned before we came.
Kitchen had dirty pots and pans! Also for the price you pay for this condo you would think there would be an ice maker or at least nice ice trays in which to make ice. The ice trays were flimsy plastic which made it hard to remove ice had to be careful not to break them as several of them already were.
The condo is in a nice location to get to beaches, restraunts, shopping and other activities.
