About this apartment rental
This cozy 1 bedroom condo has many upgrades. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. King in Master & living room has queen sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. 2 tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private stocked lake, & includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES for an additional charge. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES
1) Second floor (no noise above you and better view).
2) Includes bike usage for an additional fee.
3) Pool access
4) Tennis Courts.
5) Walking distance to fun places.
6) Fitness Center
7) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere)
Optional Fees (Contact me after confirmed booking):
*2pm EST check in: $20
*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).
Guests have access to the entire condo as well as pool, tennis courts, and workout room on property.

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
4 Starter Coffee Pods
If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.
Because this is a second floor unit, there are some stairs to the condo.
Optional BIKES!
By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

We liked everything about our stay, it was very enjoyable and clean, close proximate.I would suggest a mattress topper for the sleeper couch as the mattress is a bit flimsy and I think you could upgrade the sleeping experience that way.All in all very nice place ! Thank you!

The unit was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was great. Location is ideal for a short drive to the beach and short walk to the village and restaurants. We took advantage of the bikes and that was an easy process as well. It was a great stay!

We have rented this particular unit several times. We love that the porch is on Mallery Street side. It is peaceful and quiet. Close to entrance, easy walk to the pier area or short drive to the beach.

This place is fine. It needs some updating and handyman work. Nothing terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. The bigger problem is that both VRBO and the host refused to provide me a receipt for my stay. Both said it was the other's responsibility. So if you need a receipt for your stay, do not book this place through VRBO.
