The complex was absolutely beautiful and full of wonderful amenities- the front pool, the pond, corn hole at the Clubhouse and swings under all the trees.

Yes we would stay here agin … we liked this location and the lay out…

Beach chairs way cool addition and appreciated
The fact that there is a ton of noise and the pool rules and closing times were not honored . We had adults to children yelling and screaming and plying at the pool u til after midnight every night for 5 nights.
Someone kept banging on our door at 430 am every other morning … there was a group of young men who kept yelling at all hours “can I pet that dog!” Tho we didn’t have a dog the people across from us had one that barked constantly all day and night.
. There should be a letter directory at the front and better labeled dumpsters. The parking situation was not very good at all we had to park 10 or more spots away from our unit and or across the street and down .. while seeing people from units farther away come and park in our spots and walk to thier units with no vehicles parked infront of them.
In the hall of our unit by the bathroom and bedroom for kids there was a DIP/hole in floor that 3 out of 5 people fell rolled an ankle in.
Washing machine sounds like a machine gun and smelled awful of mold and body odor.
The dryer took 4 full cycles to dry 4 towels and 4 bathing suits.
Oven catches on fire EVERY time we have used it (the heat element rests/sits exactly on top of the foil they put in)
Freezer smells like rotten fish… and fridge smelled musty..
More than half the dishes and silverware were dirty but in place to used... silverware also was very caked with old food.
The ac was at 66 when we arrived but it never got cooler than 70
There are 4 lamps with blown bulbs … the living room overhead lights didn’t work at all.
2 lamps that are broken and didn’t turn on at all. Only flickered …
There was pool parties every night till past midnight that were loud . Someone banged on our door 3 mornings waking me up early early am .
Cabinets have lots of used food in them. All over even in the bathroom there was used food under the bathroom sink in master.
