Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two-bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk is a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated from September - April each year), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access.
Ocean Walk E-14 is a two bedroom two bathroom, comfortably updated condo. Large living room with large flat screened TV. There is a small patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely upgraded - even the flooring! The Master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a double bed. The 2nd full bathroom is also a tub/shower combination.
So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good work out in the exercise room that over looks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always fun. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk.
This condo is an upstairs unit. There are no elevators at Ocean Walk.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property. Live streaming through Sling.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The furnishings are very comfortable. We like Ocean Walk’s location close to the Pier Village. It was a quiet complex with plenty of opportunities for rest and reflection like we needed. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice. The laundry facilities in the apartment were easy to use. We’d definitely choose to stay there again.

The location is perfect. This was our 2nd time at OW in a different unit. It was a bit disappointing. On arrival the AC filter was completely filthy. The dryer vent was clogged resulting in lint overflow both inside/outside the unit..The shower curtain in the MB although looked new was moldy. Coffee maker needs clean filters. Refrigerator shelves on bottom missing. The kitchen was not well appointed for a 10 day stay. Could be updated a bit & cleaner.
