Welcome Coral Sand Beach Vacation Condo that has been newly remodelled and that is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach perfect for families and small groups. Whether it’s a romantic evening, or gathering of friends and family, or a relaxing time for reflection. This affordable condo is 90 minutes away Walt Disney, Universal Studios & Sea World. Available free parking, gym & pool & beach accessories & FREE WIFI.
The space
This condo includes all new furniture for your comfort. Free Wi-Fi through the condo and cable smart tv and that connects to Netflix etc. We have included beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, towels and beach, etc). Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries. The condo has 1 BATHROOM ONLY and 1 BEDROOM. The Bedroom has Queen Size Bed (2 ppl) along with an on suite 1 full Bathroom adjasent to it and a Smart TV with cable. In the living room it has a 1 sofa bed which fits another (2 ppl). We have a reclining couch (1pers) to help you enjoy those great movies. You can also enjoy the beautiful weather with your very own enclosed, private deck with gas grill BBQ. We provide the kitchen appliances and accessories so that you can enjoy your stay. The breakfast table and dining experience is located directly on the island of the kitchen that fits another 4people with a granite top. Please note that there are surveillance cameras only in the exterior common areas example (front entrance and back exits) for everyone’s protection throughout the building and condos.

This property was exactly as described, and I'll rent here again. Convenient with private patio & outdoor table. Bed was super comfortable. Host was very gracious.

This is the second time I've been to this property. It's close and convenient to Clearwater Beach, it's approximately 3.5 miles from Pier 60 at the Clearwater Florida Beach. Sandy was a responsive hostess and when some minor issues occurred they were quickly resolved by an onsite handyman. Thanks Orlando.

Easy access to Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas. Condo equipped with everything you need. Complex is doing some upgrades in the hallways and that will look nicer. Host very responsive and helpful!! We would stay there again.

Sandy responded to each of our texts within an hour. I pleasantly surprised with the nice kitchen and cookware. I was displeased with the HOA at this older condo. They did not maintain the outside of the building. The unheated pool had 2 broken chaise in pool area..( They were later removed.). Then there was no seating. The outdoor patio had a wood dining table that needed a coat of paint. The main TV stopped during a show, and then went back and repeated the beginning of the show. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice. There were no nice restaurants in the nearby area. Almost all of nice restaurants were downtown or near the beach, where you had to pay at least, $3 per hr. to park...
