The Property Is extremely close to Everything, and it’s on a quite road, the Property manager is extremely nice aswell as all of the other guests. Everything is kept extremely clean

The room was in excellent condition and location within the home. The house was close enough to Tampa for everything to be convenient. The other house guests were polite and friendly enough, yet not overly intrusive. Great communication and instructions from the property management.
The bed mattress was not very comfortable and needs replacing soon (imo). The shared bathroom shower should definitely be cleaned more often, but I’ve also seen a lot worse in my travels.
