The property was clean and quiet

The bed was so uncomfortable. I was there three nights and could not sleep at all.

This place is the best place I've stayed in in years and I travel all the time. Anytime I come to Tampa.This will be the place I stay. Very nice , very professional , great location , fabulous manager. Real clean.

The fitted sheet on the bed kept coming undone. I would wake up in the middle of the sheet in the four corners , where off the corners. Other than that, it's perfect.I would give my stay. 99 1/2.

The house is peaceful, and very silent when you have nice people sharing the space with you. Nice washer and dryer. Excellent wifi. Good location overall. Staff was very nice when I asked to change the AC temperature, and friendly answering other questions as well.

There needs to be more vigilance when it comes to noises during the night. I had a room next to me that had very loud TV, and people talking until 3 am. They would also leave during the night and come back making a lot of noise. For 1 week I could not sleep, luckily they were gone after and the problem was solved. The pressure on the shower needs to be fixed or changed since there is only one to use. The house needs cleaning at least once a week or 15 day, the kitchen ground and bathrooms were very dirty. I understand the cleanness of the rooms is our responsibility, but the entire house, stove and other appliances need cleaning. There needs to be more cutlery.
