This is a lovely home and Patti is an amazing host. The kitchen is fully equipped unlike so many rent-a-house listings and Patti provides excellent information regarding nearby dining if you prefer that. There was no awkwardness in sharing the common areas. The location is quiet and close to supermarkets and "everyday shopping." It provides reasonable access to Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater as well as Bradenton and Sarasota to the south. I would not hesitate to book again if my plans have me in the area in the future.
The only possible negative I can think of is that if your interest is focused exclusively on one area or another you may be driving a little further than is ideal, but it did suit our plans and we were happy.

Patti is a fantastic host, the house was as described, beautiful and really comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful as well.

This is the owner’s home, part of which is cleverly arranged to accommodate visitors. The guest area includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The shared area features a very beautiful and spacious living room, as well as a well‑equipped kitchen. The host is very pleasant; unfortunately, we did not have much time to chat with her. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
