This beautiful spacious 2-bedroom 3 bath end condo boasts an amazing wrap around balcony that gives panoramic views of Perdido Key's gorgeous surroundings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and safety bars. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with full bath in the adjoining hall, while the third bedroom offers 2 full size beds with ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The living room has plenty of plush seating. You'll enjoy preparing a meal in the well-supplied kitchen. This unit has an incredibly large dining room table, which is perfect for large families. This condo offers a drip coffee maker and there's no better way to start your day than watching the sunrise over Riverside's "Ole River".
SeaSpray properties offer 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, kayak rack and propane grilling area. If you're up to playing a game, check out our tennis/pickleball courts. Keep your workout schedule on track with just a quick walk to our well-equipped fitness center located in the West building-beach side. Parking passes managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Pool on Riverside was closed. Wet paint day of check in on exterior walls. Men on scaffolding outside terrace. Would have been good to know beforehand as fyi

Stayed on the riverside for 3 weeks and enjoyed the easy access to the gulf side, pools, pickleball courts as well as the short drive to downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach. The office staff was responsive in answering questions as well as assisting with other needs. The unit worked well for us overall. Some of the furniture was worn and dated and we could have used more basic paper products upon arrival. The WiFi is very strong for working remote, however there was no streaming service available through the TVs in the unit. Some of the remotes did not work and the Dish network went out multiple times during our stay.
