The Phoenix X complex is located next door the famous Flora-Bama and this professionally decorated two bedroom and two-bathroom penthouse floor unit has a sweeping view of the beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

In the Kitchen, all the major appliances, including a very wide double-door refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, flat top range, microwave and dishwasher all have stainless steel finishes. The countertops are a swirl of brown, beige and white granite with a stunning stone back splash. Lovely cabinet lighting promote feelings of warmth and coziness. Furnishings in the living area include a cream-colored leather sleeper sofa, two blue leather recliners and a square coffee table with four stools tucked underneath for extra seating. There is a wall mounted 55” Samsung flat screen TV with sound bar and a Blue Ray DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a pine headboard flanked by a pair of matching two-drawer nightstands and a chest of drawers. There is also a flat screen wall mounted TV in the Master Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has two full-size beds and a 42” flat screen television. On three walls of this bedroom are framed classic Shrimp Festival Posters. The attached bathroom also has a marble counter top with a beautifully framed mirror.

Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Parking is paid separately to the Building's HOA through a VRPS web-link that will be emailed to you at least 24-48 hours before your arrival date. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. There is a 2 vehicle maximum for 2-3 bedroom units. One bedroom units have a 1 vehicle maximum. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at


* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
