Perdido Key is one of our favorite beaches. We have stayed at Phoenix IX three different times. The property is well maintained and is central to different attractions, shopping and restaurants that are our favorites.

Check in process was spectacular! Unit was clean, very roomy, and comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. Will definitely book here again!!

We booked the condo last minutes and it was perfect!!! Spacious lots of storage very clean and incredible view. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. We will stay here again. Beach chair and umbrella rental right outside of the condo.

Our condo was perfect! We had two adults and two teens. The layout is great - the nice sized spare bedroom has two queen beds, TV and large attached bath. The master is also a good size, tv and the bath has a double person walk-in shower (great kids after the beach/pool) and double vanities. There’s also a half bath off the hallway. We could have easily fit a couple more kids without squishing. The balcony wasn’t huge but did have a great view of the ocean, which could also be seen through the large windows in the open family, dining area (with xtra large dining table) and kitchen. My only con was with the checkin process. We didn’t get much info on the specifics for that. An email from HomeAway said that we’d get a code from the owner/management company. We were pulling in at 7pm before it dawned on me that we didn’t get instructions. We did get a welcome email from the property manager but I didn’t see any access instructions in it. The office was closed, but we called the number on the door and they answered, telling us we’d have to go pick up the keys and check in at a different complex. Still giving 5 stars though because we’re new to this and maybe we should have known more or maybe we overlooked the instructions. If not, I’d recommend the management co give better access instructions, especially where to check in after hours. It was a stressful few minutes when we pulled up to a dark office at our complex!
