About this apartment rental

This view is incomparable! Thirty-two feet of floor to ceiling panoramic Gulf of Mexico views is what awaits you at Phoenix IX-507. This building is a hidden gem with a peaceful atmosphere and uncrowded beaches and amenities. It is also walking distance to some incredible restaurants and local hot spots that you won’t want to miss! The BEST of both worlds!

Room for your nearest and dearest, this 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom condominium sleeps eight and boasts all the comforts of home with an incredible beach-front view. Bonus: This delightful condo was updated in 2021 so you’ll enjoy all the new décor and furniture!

· Flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living area

· Living area has a queen sofa sleeper and a DVD player

· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and granite countertop

· Wet bar has granite countertop and icemaker

· Dining area has four bar stools at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining table

· Full size washer and dryer in the condo

· Master bedroom has a king size bed, updated flooring, and flat screen television

· Jetted tub and separate step-in shower with glass doors in the master bathroom

· Beautiful gulf front view can be seen from the tiled balcony seated at a table for four or chaise lounge.

· This unit is located on the 5th floor which is also the top floor of the parking deck. When coming and going, you won’t have to utilize the elevators from your car to the front door!

In addition to a large fitness center with new equipment, Phoenix IX offers an indoor pool, hot tubs and a kiddie pool on the 7th floor overlooking Ono Island; an outdoor pool and kiddie pool; an indoor climate-controlled tennis court on the 12th floor overlooking Ono Island, and barbecue grills.

The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

I only had one complaint. The floors looked clean, but really were not clean and kept my feet black. I know it's hard to keep the floors clean in these rentals, but felt you should know.

This was a beautiful condo. The bed in the master is a little dated and squeaks every time you move or rollover and our AC went out twice and we had to wait for an outside company come to fix it 2 days in a row . They (company) wanted us in the room while they were fixing it because they were coming in and going to the roof so it messed up our beach time for a couple of hours on those days. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Pros: Breathtaking views, easy access to stunning white sandy beaches, front desk attendant Julie is very kind and helpful. Plenty of very accessible covered parking. Quite family friendly. Very clean property. Cons: sub par communication, no prior knowledge about check in procedure. We arrived after the front desk was closed- at 5:00 pm. Had to call and sit in hold for 20 mins just to find out how to check in. Had to drive to another condo building down the road to check. Condo furnishings were very dated and used, yet clean. Carpet was dated, dingy, yet clean. Several things were non functional in the condo, ie the broken microwave above the stove, closet doors falling all the tracks, broken blinds in kitchen. Amenities were very run down. Exercise equipment very dated and partially inoperable, tennis court ventilation falling off of ceilings.

My family and I stayed here. I didn't know what to expect. Check in was easy and fast. Everything was neat and tidy. Beach was clean and our condo had beach access. We went in September. It was still plenty warm!! Everything was quiet and not crowded because school had started. I would stay again at a place managed by this company. My husband is hard to please and doesn't like anything that is too difficult, customer service was great. We only have good things to say
