The Space:
Casa Sagrado #2 is a single floor unit located at the side of the property. It is a very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath with spacious living room and kitchen/dining area.
As a resilient home, Casa Sagrado #2 is equipped with a robust 100kw generator and a substantial water cistern, boasting over 1000 gallons of capacity along with a reliable water pump. These features ensure uninterrupted power supply and a sufficient water source, even during challenging circumstances.
In addition, this residence is thoughtfully equipped with high-speed optic fiber internet, enabling seamless connectivity for all your digital needs. To enhance your experience further, a dedicated and amiable staff is readily available to attend to any requirements you may have, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit and the shared balcony/patio in the back of the property. The best way to get around is by car or Uber/Taxi, although it is possible to walk to some destinations. The train station is very close by that goes all the way into Bayamón.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Sagrado is located on Sagrado Corazon Avenue very close to the Train Station, a CVS, and Sagrado Corazon University. It's a mostly residential area with a mix of single family and multi family homes along with some Condominiums. Sagrado Corazon Avenue connects Hato Rey to Santurce from South to North so there is some vehicular traffic in the area, but being a one lane street it is rather quiet.
Other Things to Note:
Casa Sagrado has a total of 8 units that can host a total of 30 guests, so there will be other guests in the building and area, but you could also rent multiple units if you have a larger group.
-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.
-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.
-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.
-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.
-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.
-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.
-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.
-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.

This unit was ideal for what we needed. My daughter was in a 2 wk summer program at the university next-door. The unit was spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The neighborhood was incredibly safe. And I have to say that we arrived when Puerto Rico was in a huge water crisis in the area and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had water during our stay. Even though the water was to be used sparingly, I was incredibly grateful to have it. My only issues with this day was that the communication with the host wasn’t the greatest. I expected to be told when the water came on and I wasn’t. I had to ask. Also, the listing shows a checkout time of 11 AM but the host insisted I leave at 10 AM. Which I had no idea I couldn’t understand why. But other than that, the location and the proximity to so many convenient and good places to eat and stores and shops and driving was wonderful. I recommend.

We were two couples staying in mid April for 4 nights and convenient before boarding on cruise ship. All was great except issue with front door knob did not get addressed nor acknowledged.

The apartment was advertised as a luxury apartment, however, it really was basic. It was very clean, and had all the basic necessities, but was in a neighborhood that appeared to be safe during the day, but I would hesitate to go out on the streets alone at night. It would have helped to have instructions for the microwave and the stove top. The bedrooms were roomy, but there was a lot of traffic noise at night. The owner communicated easily with us and responded whenever I had a question.
