About this apartment rental
Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

Was an incredibly loud street, many cars racing all night and loud music. Walls are thin so you will hear everything all night long. Did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood at night. The apartment itself was sufficiently stocked.

The house is spectacular and has a beautiful colonial style. Everything was very clean, the communication with the host was excellent, and the location is great. It’s also a very safe area. We truly enjoyed staying at this property and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The apartment was advertised as a luxury apartment, however, it really was basic. It was very clean, and had all the basic necessities, but was in a neighborhood that appeared to be safe during the day, but I would hesitate to go out on the streets alone at night. It would have helped to have instructions for the microwave and the stove top. The bedrooms were roomy, but there was a lot of traffic noise at night. The owner communicated easily with us and responded whenever I had a question.
