Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built. As a resilient home, Casa Sagrado #1 is equipped with a robust 100kw generator and a substantial water cistern, boasting over 1000 gallons of capacity along with a reliable water pump. These features ensure uninterrupted power supply and a sufficient water source, even during challenging circumstances.

We stayed for a week at the Sagrado Corazón apartment. We had the two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our group. The living area was air conditioned which is a perk for PR. The kitchen was equipped with stovetop, microwave and fridge.
The air conditioning has individual settings for bedrooms and living room.
The location made it easy to get to OSJ, the Santurce Art district or highway.
Received detailed instructions for location and use. Be patient with the water it is warm at best but doable.
We are considering coming back here in our next stay in PR.

Great apartment style VRBO. Loud traffic in front bedroom as warned, but no other issues at all. Host was very proactive.

Nice property. Good communication. But the street an neighborhood noise made it difficult to sleep.
We were in a two-bedroom unit on the front (#1), so perhaps other units were not as bad. We should have brought a sound generator, which another guest suggested.
