About this space
The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, Distrito T-Mobile & Coca-Cola music Hall and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city.
Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking.
The space
The Mural at San Juan 202 is a bright and airy apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique.
This spacious unit includes:
- 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed each, and one with a twin day bed
with an additional pull-out bed.
- Two full bathrooms
- A kitchen that is is equipped with pots,cookware, utensils, dishes, a
refrigerator, a gas stove/oven and a microwave.
- Dining area
- Dedicated workspace
Other amenities include fresh white towels, linens, blow dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel, iron, ironing board, hangers, and a safe for valuables. There is a free washer and a coin-operated dryer on-site for your use (detergents not included). The dryer is coin-based. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The unit is backed up by a power generator and a reserve water tank.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The stairs may be considered steep for some.
There is no elevator.
We have keyless entry for guests to your apartment.
We provide a private gated parking lot, with a coded gate opener.

This location is very convenient as far as things to do. The mall is just a short 6 minute drive, the highway to get anywhere was 4 minutes away. Along the neighborhood itself there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and little stores along the way including a grocery store and a pharmacy. You can enjoy this beautiful art neighborhood which also has a museum 3 minutes away or you can walk to a huge art museum just 10 minutes away. My friends and I rented a car but for the more local activities on the trip we didn’t even need to drive. There are two beautiful beaches nearby as well. Truly a great area that has more of a local feel but extremely convenient location to so many things to do in San Juan. It’s a rare occasion to be in the car for more than 10-15 minutes to get anywhere in the San Juan area. The host is super responsive and accommodating as well. She’s also great at explaining things and is super kind. Would definitely stay in this location again.
