About this house rental
Access this unit through a private alley-side entrance where you will also find a private driveway parking space (single).
The space is beautifully and comfortably decorated in an effort to make you feel welcome. Upstairs, there is a full kitchen, dining room, full bath upstairs, and main bedroom with a queen bed. This room also has an entertainment system and a roll over the bed workstation.
Make your way downstairs for your second bedroom, workspace, and living/entertainment space (basement). Please note, that if using the second bedroom downstairs, access to the bathroom is upstairs in the apartment
A beautifully decorated outdoor lounge space has been set up in the garage with a couch, chair, and a 3 person Sauna!
The space is set up well for longer stays that require remote work with high speed internet and a workstation (Dell monitor available in upstairs closet).
For those staying longer than a few days, there is an in unit Washer and Dryer in the utility area below the stairs. We provide a hamper and detergent for your convenience.
The home is a duplex, and is attached to a home with long term occupants, so we've ensure complete privacy with you're parking, entrance and all amenities!
For pet owners, the stay will be "apartment style", there is a convenient church green spaces 3 doors down the alley for your pets.

This is a classical Colorado home in that there is no central air conditioning due to the temperate climate. In an effort to make the space more comfortable during a few hot summer months, we have installed a window ac unit above the kitchen sink and a AC unit in the main level bedroom. The second bedroom in the basement is naturally insulated all year. For the few hot summer months, it can still be nice to open the basement bedroom window and set up a fan.
There is a ceiling fan in the basement bedroom, a window fan on top of the fridge, and a box fan in the basement available for additional circulation, if needed.
