Great property and great hosts! We had everything we needed for a stay with extended family and a toddler. Hosts were super responsive and helpful for any questions we had about the property. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice refrigerator/freezer. Check in process was easy and instructions were detailed and very clear. Nice hosts!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our out of state group. We were here for a brief visit and wedding. The house was conveniently located with easy access to shopping, major highways, etc. Great Bagel shop around the corner plus grocery store across the street. My family (me, my husband, 19 yr old daughter, her friend, 23 yr old daughter, and her boyfriend) all stayed in the house. It was for our oldest daughter’s graduation from DU. House was perfect size. Very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping room. Clean and had everything we needed. Game room in garage was an added bonus. Many shuffleboard games were played. Location to restaurants, grocery store (literally across the street) and downtown Denver was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. 5 minute drive to DU. Walking distance to many places. Definitely eat at The Brutal Poodle. Denver Beer Company is a great place to go for families with kids of all ages. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house. Would stay there again!!!

OMG! Perfect house close to DU.! We loved the game room, even though we didn’t have much time to use it… and the grocery store across the street was awesome! We have already talked to Danny about using it later in the fall to visit our daughter at DU. Thanks for letting us stay at your house!!

Danny and his assist were amazing during our stay. This home fit my family of 5 perfectly. Great outdoor space to visit and play games. It was very comfortable for our 5 days stay in Denver. Grocery store, coffee, and restaurants right across the street and within walking distance. Good location: Downtown, Union Station, Mile High Stadium and Coors Field is about 20 to 30 minute away. We would definitely stay again if we went back to that area.
