GREAT LOCATION! 3 min to DU-10 min to downtown/gameroom/wifi/firepit/ 4 bedrooms

Wonderful stay in a convenient location for our large adult family in town for a wedding week.

On the upside of this property, the hosts were very responsive in their communication, the basement area was newly updated and nice and there were four bedrooms and two sitting areas--plenty of space. We didn't use the backyard only because of the weather, but it looked nice. The mattresses were also comfortable and we appreciated that. The downstairs bathroom is especially pleasant to use. The downside was, first, the location. It's important to understand that it's across from a Safeway and gas station and essentially in a commercial area. The upstairs bedroom windows look out to brick walls (that's your view) which were to buffer the traffic noise from the major thoroughfare. I think the hardest part for us was the living room. It's narrow and the furniture is not just cheap but old, dirty, and uncomfortable. We considered gathering in the downstairs sitting area which has a newer, cleaner couch, but it faces the TV so was hard to visit with each other (face each other) in that set up. The host did warn us before we arrived that the larger oven wasn't working but the small one would, which was the case. But the small one is so small it didn't actually fit any pan or sheet in the kitchen. Overall, the hosts were very nice and if you need four bedrooms this could work, but it's good to be forewarned about the other aspects of this property.
