About this farm stay rental

The building dates back to 1728 and originally served as the farm of Wagrain Castle. In 2017, the entire property was renovated and restored the charm of the past, without sacrificing the amenities of today. Porcelain light switches and wrapped cables were specially made in Spain and tinkered to restore the originality of the building.

The house is framed by about 1,500 square meters of lawn and garden where you can rest and relax. The property directly at the house is divided by a small brook, which exudes a lot of charm and energy.

The object has Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as the rooms and the living room via Smart TV's. Furthermore, we provide a Playstation 4 with games for our young guests.

In the upper hall you will find a piano and a rustic "divan" - for the small power Nap in between.

The farmhouse at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains has:
- 1 new kitchen with corner table in the upper floor and
1 kitchen of yesteryear connected to the wine cellar.
- 5 double rooms with box spring beds (see plan)
- 1 living room with sunbathing area and corner table
- Sun terrace in front of the house and a sun terrace on the back of the building. Highlight here is the sunbathing area over a small stream, where you can let your feet hang in to cool off and enjoy nature.
- 2 bathrooms plus + guest toilet

You have basically the whole house available, only the barn and the attic are not made accessible.

You can reach us anytime by phone, except during the welcome and on departure you will not be bothered by us.

Please note that the doorsteps are low and the stairs are steep. Furthermore, we ask you never to leave your children unattended, as we can accept no liability for injuries and damage.

You have directly adjacent to the property the world famous Haflinger Hof, where the Haflinger World Association sits and your children can ride. 700 meters from the property you will find a rare zoo, which is especially loved and appreciated by the children.
