great location and great service
the location was amazing, the service level was super, Robert (owner) was managing the apartments and he was very cooperative, polite and generous with us. We were a big group of 11 people stayed for 3 weeks on summer vacation, we all agreed to come back again next year to this place. many thanks to booking.com and to Robert!

Great location just near the ski lifts and above 2 apre-ski locations and a ski-school. clean and comfortable rooms and facilities. Good kitchen. comfortable beds. our own floor's ski equipment storage. and the host was helpful after the first day check-in.
When we arrived it was obvious that our host was not sober and it made everything very slow. we waited almost 40 minutes to check in after a very long day of air and car travel with a 2.5 year old child and were not shown even where a bathroom was during our wait to get our apartment keys. after that first day our host was helpful and professional.

Een heerlijk ontspannen wintersportverblijf met goede pistes en een fijn appartement!
Het appartement ligt op kruipafstand van beide gondelliften in Brixen im Thale, en de skibus stopt zelfs voor de deur. Voor boodschappen is er een grote Spar-supermarkt op loopafstand. Bovendien werd er, op bestelling, dagelijks vers brood bezorgd door de huisbaas. Na een dag skiën was de sauna in het appartement een heerlijke ontspanning, net als het ruime balkon. De slaap- en badkamers waren comfortabel en netjes. In de beschrijving van het appartement wordt een après-ski bar onder het gebouw genoemd, maar die is inmiddels gesloten. Er is nog wel een après-ski bar direct naast het appartement, maar daar hebben we geen overlast van gehad.
Het dorp zelf is vrij rustig, met weinig restaurants op loopafstand. Ook op het gebied van uitgaan is er niet veel te beleven. Het appartement zou wat extra haakjes kunnen gebruiken om (ski)kleding op te hangen.
