Amazing!

The property is 1min away from the gondola, it is very clean, and looks better than the photos. The bathrooms are modern and new. The apartment is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a storage for ski and boots in the building. The prices are very low compared to the other apartments in the area. The property is definitely worth it for the price.

Great location and nice apartment. Low temperature and unprofessional behavior of the owner.

Great location, nice apartment with enough space, clean sauna and handy storage for ski equipment in the basement.

The heating system did not work properly so temperatures were pretty low for the first two days during our Christmas holidays (temperature: 16C in living room and 14C in sleeping rooms). The owner apologized, tried to solve it out by providing small heating fans but refused to pay any refund (it was evident breach of the contract plus not a pleasant start of the family holiday). Before booking this property look at relevant references/reviews on Google. And be aware that the owner does not communicate properly (no reaction, no reasoning, lies). We issued an official complain via Booking.com but they did not help either. They are interested in their provisions and did not take our complain seriously.

Amazing Stay!

We went there as a group of friends with a little kid and a baby. The apartment is directly at the lift. It is comfortable and had enough space for all of us and really everything we needed, we did not miss a thing. There is a possibility to order fresh bread rolls for breakfast and they were delicious. If we had any question the host was always there and always helpful. We will most likely come back next year.

We were very satisfied with our stay.

The aparthotel is extreamly close to the lift station both to Brixen and Westendorf. It is even closer then from the parking lot. This is definitely the biggest advantage. Additional pluses is sauna and very helpful staf. Our car battery was discharged because we forgot to turn off the light inside and the staff even had cables and clamps to help! Typical, comfortable standard for this price range.

Bergwelt has spacious apartments with a view, clean rooms, well-assorted kitchen, elevator and very practical ski depo. Located very close to the main gondolas in Brixen.

Zum 2. Mal da gewesen- wieder total begeistert ! Herr Hechenberger war immer für uns da, unterstütze und fand Lösungen, um uns den Aufenthalt angenehem wie nur immer möglich zu machen. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen, die Küche ein Traum. Und einen tollen Obstkorb zur Begrüßung - danke. Wir kommen wieder 😀

Nichts - auch wenn man noch so penibel danach sucht. Nicht mal unterm Bett 😉

Tolles Appartement direkt am Lift & Apres-Ski

Sehr schönes Appartmenthaus mit grandioser Lage: direkt um die Ecke vom Lift und von der Talabfahrt(2 Minuten), bei besseren Schneeverhältnissen wahrscheinlich sogar Ski-In, Ski-Out. Après-ski-Stadl mit der gleichen Entfernung, also wirklich top Lage! Apartment war sehr schön und vor allem gut ausgestattet: in Küche, Bädern etc alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Sehr schöner Welnessbereich im Keller mit Sauna, Infrarot-Kabine, Duschen und Ruheraum. Organisation und Kommunikation waren ebenfalls sehr gut - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enorm leuke vakantie gehad! Mede door dit appartement

Super locatie, vlak bij de lift en apres ski, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke sauna, wij hadden totaal geen last van lawaai van buren of überhaupt geluid van andere mensen, superschoon, alles wat je nodig bent was aanwezig. Aanrader!

De douches werden soms uit het niets heel heet of heel koud, vervelend maar ook niet meer dan dat.

Genial gelegen, top ausgestattet - großartig!

Besser kann eine Lage nicht sein, direkt an zwei Talabfahrten und der Apres Ski Bar gelegen ist die Wohnung komplett hochwertig ausgestattet und das Personal unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wirklich top!
