This is a new listing for us but this condo has been a well-loved vacation rental for many years!
Renovated, end unit condo with gorgeous water and mangrove views! Sunny Daze Beach Condo offers a beautiful HOME Away From HOME for your family to enjoy on vacation.
This end unit located on the floor just above your covered parking. It is filled with natural light as we have 2 large patio sliders and plenty of windows. The large double patio overlooks the Intercoastal waters and the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. It's a great place to unwind & enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. Our favorite space in this condo is the long balcony which overlooks mangroves, the heated pool, and the intercoastal waters. There’s also a peek-a-view of the Gulf off the left end of the balcony. This space has gorgeous sunsets and a sense of privacy since there’s nature all around it.
Very comfortable beds and cozy living room with designer level couches makes for a relaxing night after enjoying the beaches, dining, entertainment, boating, and golf in the area.
The property is sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal (ICW) on a narrow stretch of barrier island.
The pool was recently resurfaced and is now heated for year-round enjoyment.
The condo can accommodate 6 guests. King bed is in the primary suite with adjoining bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a lofted twin bed above it. Living room has a sleeper sofa.
Pets allowed with $160 pet fee and only if approved prior to travel.
We provide beach towels and a variety of beach gear - though it’s constantly rotating so I can’t guarantee exactly which items are there. We add/replace at random when we visit. There are 4 beach chairs, a few noodles for the pool, an umbrella, and a bucket of random kids toys available for your use.
ACCESSIBILITY: This condo is not handicap accessible as there is one flight of indoor stairs. The large balcony boasts beautiful water views to enjoy sunrise and sunset.
Guests have full access to the condo unit, the outdoor private deck, and the outdoor shared pool. There is a small kayak launch available behind the pool if guests bring or rent a kayak or canoe.Bikes, scooters, and other equipment are available for rent one block to the south, on Gulf Blvd. Several dining options available within a short walk (Salt Rock, Dog and Parrot, Hawaiian BBQ, etc) or a short drive (Crabby Bills, JD's, etc).
Pets: Dogs & Cats are allowed IF they are approved prior to your stay. A charge of $160 per pet is required. Up to two pets per visit.
Note to all guests: since our condo is pet friendly (see note regarding approval), our housekeeper takes additional cleaning steps to sanitize the home from top to bottom, but consider this before booking if someone in your group has an allergy or may be offended by a stray pet hair magically lands on a surface after the housekeeper leaves.

Our stay was great! The location of this property being a short walk from the beach access was the best feature! The condo was clean upon arrival. We did not have anyone above us except for the first night, so the condo was very quiet all week. We had the pool to ourselves in the late afternoon after enjoying the beach all morning. The only real downside was no outside storage for our bikes and beach gear. The beach gear provided could definitely use an upgrade, so we were glad that we brought our own chairs and beach buggy. This condo was dog friendly, which is hard to find at Indian Shores because dogs are not allowed on the beach. We were happy that Erica allowed us to bring our "furry child"! The first week in May is a great time to visit. No crowds and plenty to explore! Thank you for allowing us to stay and have a great week!

Everything about this place was amazing. Very very clean, beautiful space inside, sunrises and sunsets so pretty from the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach is so convenient and easy. The area is a hidden gem. Beach wasn’t crowded , lots to do and eat all around you. Easily can get to Tampa/Clearwater for a day. This place was the best I’ve ever stayed in and would love to stay again! All of us had a great time! Thank you so much!
