Elegant vacation home with a private pool (9x4.5m) in a 17th-century farmhouse, sleeps 10, 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 traditional bathroom), 600 m² garden, near Uzès and the Pont du Gard, dining/living area, kitchen, 2 restrooms. Spacious dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, garden furniture, lounge chairs, etc.

Its facades bask in the Provençal sun, in its garden with its sheltering cedar tree, on its terrace offering a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux, and its garage will delight lovers of authenticity and tranquility.
Linens are provided (bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, and pool towels).
Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee
A security deposit is required upon arrival. It is not collected and serves as a deposit. The amount is 500 euros.

Beautiful and very tastefully renovated house in Le Pin. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Marie and Gérald were welcoming, absolutely nice and helpful hosts. The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped. We were not missing anything. Beautiful pool in a beautiful garden. We can recommend the place, would not hesitate to stay there again.

Overall everything was great. It's a lovely little village and there is so much to see and do in the area. However, I did find the steps up/down to the pool a little hard going! It was quite a long way down, not quite what I expected! Every effort has been made to make the outside space private but I was still very conscious of the people next door and below us. This is not a complaint this is just my personal preference.

This is a wonderful old house with real character. The location is amazing with footpaths dotted around the village. A short hike is rewarded with incredible views. Within easy reach of Arles, Avignon and Nîmes would highly recommend.
