About this farm stay rental

Charming cottage of 180 sq.m. in a stone farmhouse of the XVIII (luxury renovation in 2010) can accommodate 11 persons, private pool 9x4m. The farmhouse has 4 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom (bath and 3 walk-in showers, basin and toilet). An enclosed garden of 400 m² with a large covered terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, large oven, microwave, refrigerator (ice dispenser), washing machine, etc.
Spacious lounge with large sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, ...
2 rooms are equipped with a double bed (160) and the other 2 are equipped with 2 single beds (90) can form a double bed (180) + 3 single beds on mezzanines. Final cleaning is included in the rent in high season, mandatory option (85€) for other seasons.

Perfect.

Perfect.

We had a wonderful fortnight in Le Pin, which is a really pretty village set in beautiful wooded countryside. The sound of the church clock ringing the hour will be missed! The house itself is very beautiful and spacious. En suite bathrooms just added to our comfort and the kitchen is very well equipped. We swam every day in the lovely pool and enjoyed endless sunshine even though it was September. Close by are Aries, Avignon, Nimes and it wasn't too far to get to the sea on one of the days. Another treat was a three hour kayak down the river Gardon under the famous Pont du Gard - a day we'll never forget.

"Our stay for two weeks in July 2011 in the house of Mr. D. in Le Pin was really nice. The house is very comfortable and is beautifull styled in the French way. The fact that all bedrooms do have their own bathroom is luxurious and pleasant. The house is clean and the kitchen is foreseen of all gear needed to cook and eat with a large group. The house facilitates WiFi so you can use your iPad etc. The swimming cool is situated in the sun for most of the day which is pleasant and warms up the water. Lots of beautifull towns to visit in the surrounding (Avignon, Uzes, Orange). We will definitely come back to this house in Le Pin."

Einfach nur schön

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus gemacht und es war wieder eine tolle und erholsame Woche. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll saniert und eingerichtet, es hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann durchatmen. Für Kinder und Jugendliche ist es auch perfekt, sie können im Pool plantschen oder sich auf dem Spil/ Basketballplatz im Dorf austoben (Entfernung ca. 50 Meter). Die Kommunikation mit Luc ist immer unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passés une semaine en famille et entre amis dans la maison de Luc. Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison ancienne pleine de charme mais pour autant très confortable ! Dans un village au calme. La piscine est très bien entretenue et l’accueil de Noor très agréable. Les échanges sont fluides et rapides. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Le Pin verbracht. Mitten in diesem friedlichen Dorf befindet sich dieses sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renovierte Haus. Für uns war es eine perfekte Woche! Unsere drei Mädchen haben den Pool geliebt und wir die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit der Umgebung. Noor und Jean Marc sind vor Ort äußert freundliche Ansprechpartner gewesen! Wir würden uns freuen, wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Superbe demeure très bien située

La demeure est superbe et très bien aménagée. Elle est également très bien équipée pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons profité de la grande cheminée durant ces quelques fraiches soirées de février. Seul petit inconvénient à signaler : l'éclairage un peu faible au sal'on. Notre séjour fut bref mais très agréable.

Is in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op de foto's te zien is. Zeer schoon. Iedere slaapkamer heeft mooie eigentijdse badkamer! In het dorpje Le Pin is verder niets te beleven. Gelukkig kwam wel iedere ochtend, behalve op maandag, de mobiele bakker.

Our two week stay in Le Pin was truly wonderful. The house was beautiful, and perfectly clean on our arrival. The pool was magnificent and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The lovely little village of Le Pin was peaceful and the surrounding area with its markets, medieval villages, vineyards and historic sites was an absolute joy. Prior to our arrival, the owners were extremely helpful and provided comprehensive information for our stay. We had a marvellous holiday and would highly recommend this lovely property

Un séjour idéal. La maison est parfaite, la décoration y est soignée, il y a une grande cuisine conviviale et les volumes sont bien pensés pour y aller à plusieurs. L'environnement est paisible. Bref, il ne faudrait pas trop que ça se sache si l'on souhaite pouvoir y retourner.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Frühsommerwoche in Le Pin verbracht. Das Haus war sehr stimmig restauriert mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für uns fünf Erwachsene. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, wie man es in einem Ferienhaus selten findet. Und natürlich fand jeder einen Lieblingsplatz im Garten und am Pool. Was wirklich gefehlt hat, war das Bäckerauto am Morgen, das leider nicht mehr kommt. Die Ungebung bietet viele Ziele: Wanderungen zu den cascades de Sautadet, zum Pont du Gard oder zu den concluses bei Lussan. Nette Dörfer wie Roc sur Ceze, Cornillon, oderGoudargues. Trubeliger Markt in Uzes mit seinem platanenbestandenen Platz und und und

Superbe maison tout confort salle de bain dans chaque chambre cuisine spacieuse tout équipée grand salon barbecue extérieur avec belle terrasse ombragee ou manger Belle piscine transat Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille nous étions 10 et nous ne nous sommes à aucun moment dérange Belle région (Uzes, le pont du Gard, Connaux petit village tout près avec ses commerçants très gentils un boucher extra qui fait des lots pour le barbecue ) Et l accueil et le sourire de Noor à notre arrivée tout est parfait .... L'équipement de la maison est ultra complet et de plus les lits sont faits à l'arrivée ce qui n'est pas négligeable après une longue route. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et de très bons conseils. La maison est idéalement située en matière de visites (Uzès, Orange, Avignon, le Pont du Gard, ...) Nous avons passé une semaine en famille , début Juillet , dans le mas de Mr et Mme DEBROUX . Nous avons été enchanté par la qualité de l'accueil et de cette très belle maison .La rénovation de ce mas a été faite avec beaucoup de charme et un grand confort ( chaque chambre a sa salle de bains avec toilettes , la cuisine est très bien équipée , ...). Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour prés d'Uzés.

Maison vraiment magnifique, rénovée avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Très spacieuse, au calme tout en étant dans un petit village typique, tout le confort y était et l'équipement très complet. Conforme à la description de l'annonce, pas de mauvaises surprises donc! A conseiller vivement!
