This NEW MAPOKIA 2 house was restored in 2024 and is next to the VILLA MAPOKIA 1 already rented since 2016 (many comments on this site).
A small haven of peace close to Uzès and the Cèze valley (in the heart of the triangle Avignon, Nîmes, Alès).
This pretty villa of 110 m² and its garden are fully fenced with a heated swimming pool of 7.5m/3.5m (from May 1st to September), secure curtain (electric curtain).
It is next to villa Mapokia 1. They each have their own privacy, garden and parking.
It is fully equipped from the outside and the inside.
Ideal for families of up to 8 people.
It has a petanque court, a table tennis table and a plancha.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
The living room is equipped with a 123 cm flat screen TV, wifi, telephone, pellet stove, reversible air conditioning.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom.

the third with two twin single beds and bunk beds (90/200).
All this in a very cosy atmosphere.
A bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, towel dryer and toilet..
A separate toilet.
A cellar equipped with a washing machine.
It is located in a quiet and very pretty place.
A multitude of places are to be visited with many activities in the surrounding area (canoeing, tree climbing, hiking, walking, climbing, restaurants...).
Pets not welcome. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
