About this apartment rental
Beautiful attic a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.
Quiet, elegant, of great charm, 150sqm with two private terraces. It is located on the third floor of a beautiful historic building; there is no elevator but we will always be there to help you with the suitcases.
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room, an equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with relative bathrooms. Via a delightful wooden spiral staircase, you go up to the second floor where there is another warm and welcoming double bedroom.
All rooms are air conditioned.
You can enjoy the beauty that can be enjoyed from the largest terrace, sipping a good wine and admiring the cathedral of San Pietro that can be seen in the distance, or relax on the internal terrace, watch a movie or read a book in the main room.
Connections to train station and airport by public transport in the immediate vicinity.
The house is located in the heart of Bologna, a minute walk we are in the wonderful Piazza Maggiore surrounded by the most important buildings of the city such as the Palazzo d'Accursio and the Palazzo del Podestà, in front of which stands the Basilica of San Petronio.
You can admire the fountain of Neptune and see the two towers that made Bologna known all over the world, the Garisenda tower and the Asinelli tower.
