Charming cottage, offers a cozy retreat. Enjoy the convenience of amenities AC, WiFi and walk to visit Chimney Rock and iconic Lake Lure. Relax in the spacious living room with a sofa bed for additional sleep space. Pontoon available, owner owns Lake Lure Boat Rental, Reserve Pontoon in advance, limited supply, mention home for reduced rates. Master Bedroom-King bed, walk in shower, 2 full closets, smartTV, electric fireplace. Large guest bedroom-Queen & Twin bed, full closet, smartTV. Kitchen-Modern, all essentials. Grand Living Room-Sleeper sofa, 2nd couch, game table. Office/play room. Porch-picnic table, 2 glide rockers, gas grill. Parking-2 spots. The deck...my oh my, the view to Chimey Rock is incredible! We look forward to welcoming you and your PETS ($50fee).
