About this house rental
We have the best location in Chimney Rock which can be enjoyed in our just completed addition of a large screened in porch which doubles our outdoor living space or inside the comfort of our open concept living space.
The deck has comfortable trek decking, new furnishings, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan and natural wood cathedral ceiling.
You will instantly relax when you see for yourself just how comfortable and cozy our house really is. The location is slightly tucked away, yet only minutes from downtown Chimney Rock Village.
The interior of our home is just as comfortable and inviting as the new outdoor addition, with windows across the entire front to enjoy the mountain views and let in all the natural light.
The indoor cathedral ceiling and open concept style, sets the stage for you and your loved ones to gather and enjoy each others company while cooking in our brand new kitchen, share the space playing games, listening to music or watching TV on the large new smart TV.
You can bring the outdoors inside while sitting on our new and enlarged screened in outdoor deck and listen to the tranquil sounds of the babbling Broad Run River.
Our home has modern comfortable decor, 2BR, 2Bath, and a leather sleeper sofa in the main living area, all of which are queen size beds.
Get a Spectacular view of the rock at Chimney Rock Park from your screened in porch, while having the convenience of a few minutes walk into the quaint western-style town of Downtown Chimney Rock.
If relaxation is your favorite activity, enjoy our 880 square foot home with A/C, heat, free WiFi, 3 smart flat-screen TV's, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer plus games for the whole family.
In the house, we provide all amenities, so all you need to do is unpack!
Comfortable high-end bedding, all sheets and towels provided along with a fully stocked kitchen. We provide coffee, cooking supplies, spices, utensils, paper towels, trash bags and most everything you'll need for your stay,
All the conveniences of home plus walking distance to restaurants, shops, a local coffee shop, brewery and wine tasting.
You can enjoy the leisurely trails along the gorgeous Broad Run River.
Chimney Rock village also offers mini-golf, gem mining, & amusement park for the little ones. You are just one mile away from beautiful Lake Lure with beach, boating and boat tours, water slides, electric boats, kayaks and paddle board rentals plus the charming Lake Lure Flowering Bridge.
Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Hendersonville, Sliding Rock and Tryon International Equestrian Center are only a short 20 to 30 minute drive. There is amazing hiking at Chimney Rock Park, Hickory Nut Falls, Pisqua National Forest and DuPont State Park where "The Hunger Games" was filmed, just to name a few great locations.
Fun for all ages... you are so close to fishing, golf, horseback riding, tubing, rafting, zip-lining, antiquing, shopping, water park and waterfalls galore!
The area offers many other activities including Dirty Dancing Festival and Music, Arts and Crafts Festivals.
We have been coming to Chimney Rock for over 25 years and would love for you to share and enjoy it as much as we do!

Note: One Amazon security camera is located inside the house behind the TV positioned at the front door for security reasons. It is motion activated with ABSOLUTELY NO AUDIO present and NO VIEW WHATSOEVER of the inside the house. Due to the nature of how the front door is constructed it would be picking up motion and be activating all the time if positioned outside.
