The "Waterfront Retreat on Main St" located on the banks of the Rocky Broad River in the heart of Chimney Rock Village is the perfect place for rest and relaxation in this bright and cozy, 2 bedroom apartment.
Enjoy the serene sounds of the Rock Broad River and an outstanding view of Chimney Rock State Park from the private back deck. This 1400-square-foot apartment was fully renovated in the early summer of 2021. All new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, 3 Flat Screen Smart TVs, WiFi, and an office area, give you all the great comforts of home. You will also enjoy our reading nook when unwinding from a busy day. Both bedrooms offer stunning views with beautiful bay windows, with queen beds. Each room has access to the deck overlooking the river.

You'll also love its close proximity to the great restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area. Additionally, the Waterfront Retreat on Main St is just 30 minutes from Asheville and less than a mile from the famous Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, Marina, and Beaches. Beautiful location, close to Chimney Rock and right on main street so close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Our 2 daughters stayed with us and they too were very impressed. Beds were so comfy and furniture also very comfortable. If we are ever back that way we will definitely be staying here again.

Great little 2BR place, love the location, view of the Park is wonderful, and the property manager was awesome! We will definitely put this one as a favorite! Clean, hospitable, close to Coffee downstairs! Restaurant next door! Walk to anywhere in Chimney Rock, this place is right in the middle of town! Watch for Bears!

Joey Banz was the best property manager I’ve had with ABNB. He was there to meet us and carried our bags upstairs. Then communicated with us during our stay!
