- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. This rustic stone house country style provides every comfort for a pleasant stay.

This villa is distributed in 2 floors and has 5 double rooms with capacity for 10 people (three on the first floor with air conditioning and 2 on the ground floor with fans), 3 bathrooms, large living room and majestic kitchen with appliances.
Also features spacious and cozy chillout area in top floor. WiFi is available. The exterior has spacious terraces with different environments and fenced pool. It is surrounded by nature and it retains the Mallorcan memory, the charm and essence of the Mediterranean. It is located just 10 min away from the beach and very short car distance to the capital Palma.

BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all 300kw electricity costs , water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw.
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 25 € /night.

The villa was absolutely lovely. Plenty of space and a lovely pool.

New villa with great pool. This is not someone’s home, but a stylish purpose built house for holiday rental. Spacious inside but does have a spiral staircase to upper rooms which makes it bit difficult to get suitcases and babies up and down the stairs. V quiet location though this made it a bit tricky for friends and taxis to find us! Better to have a rental car. Pool was clean and gated - which was good for safety as we had 2yo with us, but deep even in shallow end, so better suited to older children who can swim. Lawns around the villa are irrigated which means they are green and attract in wildlife, but would be lovely to have had a few more trees and maybe a vine, as a bit spartan. Only 15 mins to Palma - you can see the planes landing from the pool - but the dual carriageway means you can get most places quickly. Everything works well - well equipped kitchen (could have done with few more plates but loads of glasses and two fridges) and nice outside eating area with bbq. It was 37 degrees when we stayed and ac upstairs was essential but could do with this in ground floor bedrooms too. Agency - and through them the owner - were responsive but it would have been better if we had been given a definite time for check in in advance - rather than on the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The kids loved the pool and the great space surrounding it . A car is a must as it really is isolated. The week was great , the villa was very private and extremely clean . Many thanks

Wir haben schöne Tage mit der ganzen Familie dort verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr schön abseits gelegen und trotzdem nah zum Strand, Palma und Flughafen. Der Pool sehr groß und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt und Übergabe war Problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
