It has 4 bedrooms, two of them double and the other two with two beds, has 2 full bathrooms, a separate kitchen, living room, laundry room, terrace, and outdoor space around the house.
It is located on a private and fenced plot plot. From the plot you go directly to the beach.
It is fully prepared so that both winter and summer it is a comfortable home.
It is ideal for a holiday of rest and relaxation with family or friends in one of the best beaches of the Valencian Community.
It is located less than 500 meters from one of the restaurant areas of the Olive Beach, the marina of Oliva, the Sailing School of Oliva, the Pharmacy and the Tennis Club of Oliva.
Oliva offers its visitors natural areas of great value, such as the majestic Pego-Oliva, which is a wetland with high ecological value and where you can see wildlife in the area,
You can also go hiking or hire a bicycle service to make routes through nearby areas.
In the port of Oliva you can hire a Charter service, both for Deep-sea fishing, for coastal fishing or sea walks. You can also hire in summer motorbikes and various water sports.
The gastronomy in Oliva is excellent, with foods from the famous Mediterranean diet, rice and paellas, fideuá, tapas, and with various restaurants for all kinds of needs.

The property was very clean and very well equiped. We took our small dog with us and found the property very secure for the dog.The access to property was tight as road was narrow.Would highly recommend the property.

Rosa y Xavier super hosts! The house is perfectly clean, with everything you need to have a great time. We loved being so close to the beautiful, sandy beach.
